Lottie Larder

Lottie's Larder in Portland, is all about connecting the community through food and gardening. They create a space where people can come together to share seeds, seedlings, produce, and gardening knowledge, all while enjoying a cuppa and a chat. Visitors can wander around the community Allotment, gaining inspiration and leaving with bags of goodies to eat or grow.

Lottie's Larder offers a welcoming space where local food growers can swap, gift, or receive seeds, seedlings, produce, and valuable gardening knowledge. The initiative encourages community members to share their excess produce, helping to reduce food waste by distributing leftovers to the Portland Community Fridge.

Their gatherings are an opportunity to enjoy a cup of tea, share a snack, and engage in meaningful conversations about sustainable living.

The next session is on Saturday, 31st August, from 10-11:30 am.

The garden is located at the end of the gravel track beside 50 Grove Road, Portland.
